Shipping & Returns

Best efforts will be made to dispatch each order within 48 hrs of receiving an order AND confirmation of payment. However, as delivery time may be delayed by unforseen circumstances and / or the postal service, please allow 28 days delivery.
A notification email will be sent to you when we dispatch the item (s). The notification email includes all necessary information for postage and an order tracking number (for our internal use). If you wish to contact us regarding an order you have made, please provide this order tracking number in any correspondence.
All our goods are delivered in secure packaging.
Upon receipt, in the unlikely event of an item being damaged, please notify us within 7 days whereupon an immediate replacement or refund will be arranged.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order in writing, within 14 days and have your purchase price refunded. This however, does not apply to audio recordings if they have been opened.
Upon receipt, if any item does not meet with your complete satisfaction, please return it in the condition you received it and within 7 days whereupon a full refund will be arranged. However please note, in such circumstances, The Company cannot pay the cost of return postage.
If you wish to return an item, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the condition of the item (items) returned reflects either inappropriate packing or wear and tear.
All items remain the property of Éist until the related invoice has been settled in full.
